It's companies like these that will not last long after the pandemic! If you shine in times when people need you then you will survive!
Ordered a £700 bike for my son, not received any emails, no live chat, no telephone number to call. I have now put a claim in against PayPal to get my money back and order from elsewhere! Disgusting service! You should not be in business!
My order made it to Canada via Skynet who passed it off to UPS in Toronto. From there the bike parts disappeared. The service was terrible with Skynet acknowledging that the package was lost, tracking showing it as undelivered, and Chain Reaction insisting that the package had been delivered. After 4 months I finally received a full refund. I have been a loyal customer of Chain Reaction for years but Wiggle ownership is now destroying the business.

I bought a Ragley bike frame on Chain Reaction Cycles. The frame had a factory defect, unsuitable for use. I sent a warranty claim, but it's been more than three weeks and I still haven't received a reply! Every time they promise to answer later! The disgusting Chinese quality of the Ragley frame and the disgusting service of Chain Reaction Cycles!
This actual delivery was awesome but you where so short of stock I couldn’t Oder everything I wanted!
A warning to any would be customer thinking or buying from this company - Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
Our bike was delivered damaged and after much hassle through their 'live chat' (no direct contact) they eventually, after much more hassle, advised us to get it repaired ourselves rather than help or fix the issue themselves.
The packaging is not adequate enough to protect the bike in transit, which I suspect has allowed the damage to occur.

Very good check n chase checking platform, update info and user friendly interface.Price is the cheapest n worthy among various online platform.Quick delevery is better than Amazon.

Everything was quick and as ordered. Even though I was informed there would be extra charges from the delivery service, they were higher than expected.
Parts and order delivery service first class, only problem is that the Herms delivery system has been compromised, we had a demand for £1.57 postage recall scam. The notifications look like Herms but it’s not.Reported to delivery currier , it was his second this week.Be warned.
Reasonable price on a somewhat hard to find component. Unfortunately, FedeX managed to delay delivery for an extra week which was frustrating.
Haven't got my product, got an email saying it was returned to chain reaction and it would be resent but so far haven't heard or received the item
I placed my order on 18 April '21, recieved the order confirmation and an estimated shipping date. But and not recieved confirmation of shipement yet - today 27 April '21? No tracking number?
ordered a tire size 700c x 40c i got in the post tire size 700c x 42x which is wrong size and no good to me got a email saying the one i wanted was not in stock so they sent this one out now i have to try send it back and try get a refund which might take a long time to get back so im not really happy about the whole thing
